I thought it was fantastic!  Honestly!  My first impression when it started was that the production of it looked very professional and well put together.  I thought the content was thorough but not overkill with small details.  Plus the way it was broken down into bite size chunks so that you didn’t get bored or tired of listening was perfect.  That coupled with John’s engaging delivery made it very easy to stay focused and engaged.  He explained everything in a very clear and simple way that was easy to understand, and I especially appreciated the examples of different types of attack vectors to make it relatable to our daily activities.  It was very eye opening!  I took tons of notes!

I know you were looking for critiques, but I honestly don’t have any – other than that the test at the end was tougher than I thought it would be. I’m not proud that I got three answers wrong…

I’m looking forward to the other modules.

I would highly recommend these training courses. The training courses were very helpful for understanding the wealth management market and the wealth client journey. I thought that the videos were very useful in gaining a thorough understanding of the topics. The courses broke down the topics into multiple video lessons so that every segment of the course was addressed. The lessons were straightforward and the graphics made it easy to follow along.

I feel that the quizzes were a good checkpoint of whether or not I learned the material or not. The questions I did miss I was able to go back and listen to that specific video lesson again. I am feeling much more confident in my wealth management market knowledge after this course. I definitely recommend!

I really appreciate the training you provided to our team, specifically for The Client Sales Journey and Onboarding Your Client.  The video length was such that even the busiest of advisors can find time to view the training, but what I found most useful is the flowchart format used to step through each phase of the processes you outlined in your videos. 

Our team is currently preparing to switch to a new CRM system, and these flowcharts are a great precursor to identifying steps and formalizing who should handle each of those steps so we can implement our processes this within a new system.  Thank you so much for guiding us to this training.  It was not only helpful during the training, but it and will continue to be a great asset for us to reference into the future as we fine tune our processes over time. Very well done!

Wealth Management Market Field Guide: We learned about this in school, but John was able to break it down into much simpler terms that helped me finally feel like I understood the topic. I’ll definitely come back to this before my next test. These videos are presented in smaller segments, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, but are packed with information so you leave the training feeling like an expert. Before you start your first finance classes, WATCH THIS VIDEO!! Seriously a great background to terms and insights into the wealth management field. Thanks John!

Wirehouse Market Field Guide: I haven’t gotten to learn much about Wirehouse’s in my finance classes, however John makes sure to give you insight on all the key points before you enter the field. A great starting point for anyone who is new to the topic, I feel like a pro now! This section was short and sweet with only 6 videos, but I feel like I took away the most new information. John slowed down a subject that seems impossible and made it easy. I wish my professors could do this.
